My name is Karl. I am a handicapped person that lives in Astoria,OR. I am trying to get off of SSI and back on my own. I am currently starting a pedicab business on the boardwalk here in Astoria. I have been trying to save enough money to buy a pedicab. If I can buy a pedicab, there is a program that will help me start up by helping me get licences & insurance stuff going. It is Called the "Ticket to Work" program. How can you help? Easy... can you send me the spare change in your car ashtray? or maybe that quarter over there on the dresser? Yes, I'll even be very apprecietive of a few pennies, because they ALL WILL HELP ME PURCHASE MY PEDICAB!!!!
